< p> Set - up times(2026): IMPORTANT: Access to the car park only with a parking permit < br>

IHK exams are taking place on the ground floor on Thursday. Consequently, the elevator may only be used during the following times:
10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and again from 4:00 p.m. onwards / Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., you may carry out setup work, but you cannot bring any goods—including via the escalator—into the hall. Furthermore, no noise-generating activities (such as assembling trusses, etc.) are permitted during this time.
Work can resume from 4:00 p.m. onwards (no fixed end time).
Important: Please do not set up any roll-up banners in the downstairs foyer on Thursday!
!!!Please do not park on the fire department's premises!!!

Dismantling times:

Sun (Oct 4th - 6 pm to midnight)

Exhibitor passes:

You can pick them up from the exhibition office during the set-up times

Wi-Fi:

We provide our own free Wi-Fi.

Exhibitor parking spaces:

Parking spaces for our exhibitors are located around 200 m from the hall. You can also park trucks and vans there. Here is a picture of the site plan

Hotels:

There are some hotels in the area.

Other:

Animals are not allowed, barrier-free, 2 freight elevators + stairs to the upper floor
